Current:

"Attitudes, expectations and resources of female refugees.”
This project is funded by the National Integration Fund 2017 with a focus on refugees and asylum seekers with subsidiary protection status. Its aim is the identification of needs and support measures to promote rapid integration into the labour market and barriers to achieving this objective.

"Rehabilitation and Migration: Labour market opportunities and outlook on life of older workers with health constraints, and the role of migrant background.”
This poject is co-funded by the the Social Insurance Administration, the Labour Market Service and the Occupational Rehabilitation Centre. The project wants to identify factors which impact on the re-employment of older workers who have undergone medical and occupational rehabilitation, which interrupted their working life. As they are a vulnerable group on the labour market institutional as well as work-specific barriers to re-entry are identified. Active labour market policy measures and possible adaptations, including a widening of the spectrum, are identified which could help promote re-integration of this workforce.
